Greetings,

Here is a wonderful opportunity to earn service hours! The Order of the Arrow and Buffalo Trail Council are seeking volunteers for the CAF Midland AirSho September 7th and 8th. Address and information is located at the top of the signup page found at the link in the middle of this email.

Scouts and OA members are simply guiding attendees on where to park. Food and drinks will be provided. They only ask that you volunteer for one (1) shift. Each shift is 3 hours. Those that volunteer will also get free admission to the AirSho.

I personally will be volunteering on that Saturday. Volunteers will need to wear their Class A with a Class B underneath. If you have a safety vest, please bring it. Sunscreen, sunglasses, shoes to get dirty, and a hat would also be a good idea.

Here is a link to the AirSho event page with great information. If you aren’t able to volunteer, this is still a great event to attend.

Please let me know if you have signed up and if you have any questions. This could be a great event for the whole family.

Yours in Scouting,
